God is building a new family in Christ. Paul is concerned that there are agitators to the faith that have the potential to break up this newly formed family in Crete. We ought to be mindful of the things we hear and how they might affect our view of God’s family: the church. Be reminded that we are brothers and sisters in Christ. May the scriptures pull us together as being part of God’s family.
Called into One Body [Colossians 3.15-17]
Back on the Map [Colossians 1.21-23]
Have you ever found yourself following a map only to recognize that you are completely off course? This is what Paul means when he says we were once alienated from God. We were not even in the same zip code. Christ has done tremendous work in that what we were once not..we now are. We are reconciled to God through Christ.

Jesus Weeps Over the City [Luke 19.41-44]
Jesus enters the temple on Palm Sunday. God’s house was to be a house of prayer for all nations but instead, they had turned God’s house into a den of robbers. What does Jesus do to reframe? He teaches daily in the temple! The word of God is so powerful that it can transform lives. They hang on to the words of Jesus as He teaches. During this Easter season may we once again be wowed by the words of Jesus!
